Enjoy fine dining at the Big Island Steakhouse, Roy's Waikoloa Bar & Grill, Merriman's Market Cafe, Hama Yu Japanese Restaurant, and Grand Palace Chinese Restaurant. Casual dining at the Kings' Shops includes Dairy Queen/Orange Julius, Island Fish & Chips, Kings' Court Pizza & Grill, Senõr Nachos, Starbucks, Subway Sandwiches & Salads, and Wild Boar Juice & Java. Shop in the many boutiques and specialty stores, including Whaler's General Store. The Hilton Waikoloa and Marriott Waikoloa Beach Hotel have excellent restaurants. Since the Vista Waikoloa is located between the two, it is a very easy walk. Shuttle buses provide transportation throughout the resort.

Vista Waikoloa is next to the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course - one of the most beautiful courses in Hawaii. The Robert Trent Jones, Jr. course was literally carved from the lava flow along Anaeho'omalu Bay. The Waikoloa Beach Resort is also home to the Kings Golf Course which features links-style golf carved over and around an ancient lava flow.

Relax on the white sandy beach at Anaeho'omalu Bay on the lounge chairs under the palm trees. Rent beach toys, enjoy swimming, snorkeling and scuba diving. Dive and snorkel boats, and sunset sailing cruise boats also depart from the A-Bay daily.
