The security deposit of $250 is due within ten (10) days of your confirmed reservation. The rent is due 30 days before your arrival. We accept checks (U.S. funds), MasterCard and Visa. The security deposit is refunded within 20 days of your departure if there are no damages. Cancellation Policy: $50 is withheld from the security deposit. Rent refunds are only allowed if the condo is rebooked.
